Campo Reale comes from vineyards in the heart of Tenuta Rapitala, on a hill at 400 metres above the sea level, where historically are produced wines of great character. 100% Nero d'Avola, in clay soils with limited per hectare grape yields.

Vinification: the grape reaches its full maturity in the last week of September. Are vinified in red, with a long maceration to promote a correct extraction of polyphenols and tannins. The result is a structured, soft and harmonious wine.

Breeding occurs in steel and a small part in barrels, to improve the characteristics of the harmony and the complexity that these grapes can express.

The wine: Deep ruby color, aromas that involve a structure and the immediate promise of a powerful, discreet and with a delicate acidity in tannins.

Pairings: Poultry (guinea fowl, duck, turkey), grilled white meat and mature cheeses.
