The vineyards, as required by the disciplinary measures of PGI production are: Lambrusco, Trebbiano, Fortana, Montuni, Ancollotta, Sangiovese and Albana. The wine is aged for more than three years in oak barrels and then they add additives or other ingredients. This balsamic vinegar of Modena De Cecco stands out for the quality of the product and the fineness of the flavor.
